Something About Natalia….
I come from a real estate family, which I feel is equally worth mentioning. My father enjoyed a successful and lengthy career in the real estate business since the early 80’s. I grew up watching my father display a true and unwavering commitment to his many clients. He worked tirelessly most evenings and weekends. As a kid, I never understood what drove him. I often wondered WHY he did what he did. Surely there had to be an easier way to make a living I thought! Well here I am today, enjoying the same career my father chose so many years ago. I now understand the WHY behind my father’s hard work. My father just simply loved what he did. He was passionate about real estate; about helping people realize their dreams.
It is this very same passion that drives me in my career today. Like my father, I too work most evenings and weekends, but I can’t think of anything else I would rather do. I love what I do and take enormous pride in my chosen profession. It is a privilege to help people make such major decisions as a sale or purchase of their home; to inspire others to reach their personal dreams and realize their goals.
My father passed away some years ago now, and I try to make him proud and honour his memory every day by making a positive impact in people’s lives. That is my personal WHY. And what could be more important than that!
Ever since his childhood, Sam seems to have a remarkable characteristic for becoming friends with the people he meets and for bringing them closer to each other. Sam grew up in a family of five. His parents encouraged him and his brother and sister to value the importance of education, human principles and respect for all.
Sam has been fortunate to be able to travel quite extensively, and in this way getting to know foreign places and their people, cultures and languages. He is fluent in Dutch, English, French and Persian.
People describe Sam as someone who seems to have an endless amount of positive energy and talents. Amongst his many accomplishments, Sam has finished his studies in School of Hotel and Business Management, has owned two businesses, has enjoyed a career as a Manager in the Hospitality Business, and was both a Soccer and Tennis Player and Coach.
Sam remains to put family, responsibility and long lasting relationships on top of his priorities. In his free time he enjoys cooking Italian, as well as Belgian and French dishes.
